Ep 18, Setting Healthy Boundaries
In order to live our happiest lives and make our mental health our top priority we have to set boundaries for every single person in our lives. We teach people how to treat us, so we need to teach them to respect us and respect our time. If you realize someone isn't bringing you happiness in your life it's okay to choose not to have them in your life anymore, you don't owe anyone an explanation. You just have to know what you deserve and if a relationship isn't serving your happiness thats when it's time to set that healthy boundary and leave.
