I think it’s important to unpack this issue, to talk about it and to make it OK to discuss mental health. I brought in Dr. Ashley Hampton - she’s a licensed psychologist and a social entrepreneur. She has a passion for quality-of-life issues and has recently expanded her expertise into business efficiency for entrepreneurs.
