With acting running in her veins, being the daughter of renowned actors and theatre veterans, Sulbha Mantri and Nitin Mantri, Neshma's passion for performance was evident from a young age. Starting her journey as a stage actor and dubbing artist at the tender age of 5, she quickly made her mark in the world of entertainment.Throughout her illustrious career, Neshma has graced the stage with her exceptional talent, performing in numerous Marathi and Gujarati plays, both professionally and at the state level. Her brilliance in acting has even earned her the prestigious Maharashtra State Best Actress award for her remarkable stage performances.As a versatile dubbing artist, Neshma has left an indelible mark in the world of animation. She is most recognized for lending her voice to the character Misty (Kasumi) in the first two seasons of the Cartoon Network Hindi dub of the Pokémon anime series for Crest Animation Studios. Despite facing a temporary break due to pregnancy in 2004, Neshma's unmatched talent eventually brought her back to voice May (Haruka) in the Hungama TV dub of the Advanced Generation era of the Pokémon anime series in 2015, produced in-house by UTV Software Communications.Beyond Pokémon, Neshma has been the Hindi voice for Blossom in the original The Powerpuff Girls and the official Hindi voice actress for Velma Dinkley in the beloved Scooby-Doo animated movie franchise since 2012. She has also portrayed Velma in various Scooby-Doo TV shows, including Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated, Be Cool, Scooby-Doo!, and Scooby-Doo and Guess Who? showcasing her incredible versatility as a voice artist.Notably, Neshma's talent extends to Hollywood productions as well, as she gave her voice to Judy Hopps in the smash-hit Oscar-winning 2016 Disney movie, Zootopia, for the Hindi dub that enthralled audiences on the Movies OK channel in 2017.
