Soufflé S’il Vous Plaît, the latest addition to South Mumbai’s gastronomical scene, is a tropical bistro from the creators of Slink & Bardot whose nomenclature is a play on both. Vidit Aren, who now heads that kitchen, is also trying to woo Mumbaiites with a vibrant French menu at Soufflé S’il Vous Plaît, in Churchgate.
